Sourcing the Right Capital

Our primary source of capital is institutional, allowing us to transact on quality, income generating assets. We utilise our balance sheet to support more opportunistic transactions.

Owners Above All

We come from diverse backgrounds, and we are hands-on operators. Once we have purchased a property we are far from done. We place significant emphasis on our ongoing involvement with the properties, the tenants and the brokers.



By using our extensive network together with regular research,  we identify commercial real estate opportunities. These could be acquisition, redevelopment or new developments.


We conduct and co-ordinate all aspects of pre-acquisition due diligence, including physical inspections (structural, mechanical, health and safety, plumbing and electrical), market research, legal and technical review, financial analysis and cash-flow modelling.


Using our experience and in-house expertise, we enhance the investment value of properties via hands on active asset management to maximise lease income, duration and quality.


We regularly assess the portfolio and each asset’s business plan strategy against prevailing market conditions, we focus on ensuring that asset realisations are made at the optimum point in each investment’s life cycle.
